This South Whitehall kitchen refresh started when our client expressed
a desire to replace her dated and worn Formica countertops. The
existing tops, sink, fixture, disposal, dishwasher panel and wall
treatment were removed to make way for the new changes. The cabinets
were leveled, new plumbing installed and the walls prepped for new
tile. New honed (matte finish) absolute black granite tops purchased
directly from SCC's manufacturer were installed along with a stainless
steel Moen sink and an aged pewter Moen Vestige fixture.
Italian Graal Glastone tile backsplash wall
treatment was personally laid out installed, grouted and sealed
by Les Sheaffer. Following completion of the tile a new painted
dishwasher end panel was installed to match the cabinets and trim
painting was completed. The new refreshed kitchen has a rich country
feel to it with a hint of a clean contemporary look and is a great
improvement to the home both in esthetics and value.

interior space of the accent also features finer textured tumbled
marble tile on a 45 degree layout. The finished product has a rich,

Lehigh
County Master Bath Renovation: The project consisted of the complete
demolition and removal of the existing master bathroom and walk
in closet. These changes effectively doubled the size of the available
space allowing greater flexibility in the layout and design of the
new space. The walls were built out to allow plumbing and electrical
changes and additional insulation. The old soffits and walled shower
enclosure were replaced with a spacious vanity featuring twin Kohler
sinks and built in medicine cabinets with tile backsplash and black
granite top.
The old, confining shower enclosure was replaced
with a new custom designed tile shower featuring Capri Beige 8"x10"
tiles and Moen Kingsley antique nickel fixtures. Deco accent tiles
and built in tile soap and shampoo nooks and a seat with a black
granite top add a custom touch. The shower is enclosed with ¼"
clear glass walls and door framed in elegant brushed nickel with
matching hardware.
The floor of the shower is finished in 1"x2"
Torreon Brick stone tile and the main floor area features 12'X12"
Galil Gold natural stone. The list of improvements also includes
the addition of a new linen closet, recessed lighting, new window
and doors as well as colonial base trim, casing and matching brushed
nickel hardware.

enhancements that are possible with thoughtful design, high quality
materials and investment in innovative construction techniques.
